Bethel Island -- Delta Peeps
 

Being new to CA (Only 5 years) what is this Bethel Island area like? Would it be a cool place to buy something or is it a hole?

Be carefull when looking at property on Bethyl Island. Allthough it has "cleaned up" a bit over the past few years, I wouldn't live there. Yes, there are some nice waterfront homes and properties, but I would bet that the 10 properties on each side are doing some home cookin. If you are lookng for waterfront property, there are some better choices available. J.M.H.O.

Yup.... I'd steer clear. There are a lot of nicer places by disco. I'd even take a place just off the water in disco before a place on the water in Bethel.

no wonder you can get a condo with a 26' slip for 80 grand

there are currently 2 places on the water in disco listed for under 400k. and i mean actual houses not marlin st. town homes our condos, actual houses.
