We went to the lake last weekend and it shooots great. Ill post some pics this week. We even got some photos of me during surgery from my knee breaking my chin....but thats another story of its own. But I do like the lens.

the 70-300 is a great lense. You'll love the IS on it. i love the extra reach on it to get really tight shots of wakeboarders.

"L" image quality as well. Not bad for the price.
