I've been lurking around the ws.com forums lately. I just finished my winch and I've been shreddin' it up on my New Mogley. I F-ing love that board

deepcove, Dude that's Sick ! How much did that thing cost ?

dlwsrider 07-03-2008 12:39 PM

Deepcove, that is freakin' sick. What are the dimensions?

Montgomery: I am so jelous. I have a whole map of winch spots around my area, but no winch to hit them with .

I'm going out tonight for a bit, and I am going to try and stomp a T/S B/s 180. I got one heelside, but I want to try it Toeside.

lovin_the_wake 07-03-2008 1:26 PM

Caleb, Dude don't you live down by Little Rock or something ? I'm thinking about making a winchin' trip pretty soon and I'll definitely be coming down your way

epic1 07-03-2008 1:51 PM

I skate more than board, and post on here so semi-reg. Riding every week. Working on 180s cutting out of the wake, and ollie 180's

lovin_the_wake 07-03-2008 2:12 PM

All I've done lately is skate I've been working on consistently sticking my pop shuvs . . . . Wakeskating.com gives me my Wakeskate fix

(Message edited by lovin_the_wake on July 03, 2008)

Yeah man. There is this one spot just outside of downtown, and it is so perfect. It's across the street from war memorial stadium, the razorback's "other" stadium. Its a 100 foot long pond that runs up to about a 5ft tall waterfall and a 50 foot landing pool at the bottom.

Plus there is a ton of spillways and such litered through the city. LR is a good winching area, you wont be dissapointed.

I also have a small incline rail that fits in the back of a truck, and a lake/boat 20 minutes outside the city. LR will be well worth your time, haha.

lovin_the_wake 07-03-2008 3:54 PM

Bad ass when I make it down there I'll definitely hit you up and we'll go winch some Shizz

dlwsrider 07-03-2008 6:43 PM

Deal man.

Well, I didn't land the T/S B/S 180, but I landed my first kickflip so I'll call tonight a win.

lovin_the_wake 07-03-2008 8:02 PM

FN-A I've tried to land a kickflip and the closest I've come to it is landing on the bottom of my board and then eating $h|t . . . . So congrats

dlwsrider 07-03-2008 8:10 PM

Thank you, but don't worry, I did alot of catching the bottom and eating it .

lovin_the_wake 07-03-2008 8:15 PM

yeah I guess that's just one of those things you gotta deal with when learning a new trick . . . I remember a long time ago learning how to do a surface 360 on a wakeboard and damn near knocking myself out every time I tried it

dlwsrider 07-03-2008 9:20 PM

Ah man, I had one tonight, where I landed on the board stiff legged, and bounced so hard I flipped all the way upside down, haha.

wakemitch 07-04-2008 3:03 PM

Caleb, congrats on the kickflip. thats so sick. i need to get one of those bad boys.

dlwsrider 07-05-2008 9:33 PM

Thanks man, this is the first part of a hopefully long streak of progression.

I'm planning on going to the Nautique Nationals in Wisconsin, and I would like to ride pro, so I have a lot of work to do

lovin_the_wake 07-08-2008 7:19 AM

I swear at one point last night I thought I tore my sack lol I hate the ole one leg on the board one leg in the water splits going 20 mph . . . I can sure as hell feel it this morning

dlwsrider 07-08-2008 2:05 PM

I did that on a wake to wake 3 and now i'm in a knee brace, lol.

Those are never fun

lovin_the_wake 07-09-2008 7:05 AM

I've had a few good ones but not w2w yet but I know my day is coming lol

dlwsrider 07-09-2008 11:23 AM

The wake to wake ones suck, haha.

inty399 07-09-2008 5:45 PM

I just got back from the lake and I had a good w2w splits. I was having a good set and then bam.

ethan31 07-09-2008 7:34 PM

I just got off the water, I landed my 3rd shuv.

Then some kid on the shore said he is going to shoot me.? No lie.

lovin_the_wake 07-10-2008 7:57 AM

WTF ?!?!? . . . . Hmmmm interesting

lovin_the_wake 07-10-2008 7:57 AM

Congrats on sticking another Shuv though

dlwsrider 07-10-2008 9:14 AM

Yes, congrats on that!

The kid is obviously jelous of the fact that wakeskating is off the sickter scale, and he is stuck on the shore.

lovin_the_wake 07-10-2008 9:50 AM

Word ! ! !

wakemitch 07-13-2008 10:47 AM

Just spent a week on shasta. felt good to ride so many days in a row. i finally have 3 shuvs back! ill put up a little video in a couple days.

lovin_the_wake 07-16-2008 9:09 AM

mmmmmmm Shasta goooood

ethan31 07-16-2008 7:35 PM

I did my first w2w on a skate tonight.
Alot easier than i thought, I just never had the balls to do it before. This bigfoot board pops HARD, alot harder than any wakeboard I've been on.

dlwsrider 07-16-2008 8:02 PM

Nice man, i don't even know how I did it, it just clicked on my first one. Do it toeside now!

I finally got my Kickflip on video tonight. I went 3/6 on them today.

lovin_the_wake 07-16-2008 8:28 PM

Ethan, I ride a Mogley 43 which is the exact same as the Bigfoot board they're sick I love em

Caleb, you gotta post the video

lovin_the_wake 07-25-2008 7:33 AM

My Devotid Passion is on the way Super Stoked

deepcove 07-26-2008 7:22 AM

Caleb

It is 40' long X 3' high with the top being 2' wide and the bottom is 5' wide.

Montgomery

This thing was not cheap......to give you an idea just the rink board alone was 14 sheets @ $125 per sheet. Then there was the cost of floatation, all the metal, welding time and we had to get the frame galvanized cuse we ride in salt.

lovin_the_wake 07-26-2008 8:12 AM

wow . . . . . . . Well at least you'll be getting your money's worth that thing is sick

deepcove 07-28-2008 3:48 PM

I already have...
