Any feedback on this boat? Size of wake? Mechanically sound? Any information would be appreciated.

Also does anyone know when Tige switched from wood to fiberglass stringers?

go over to tige owners they will be very honest and give you the skinny on the boat.

http://tigeowners.com/

A buddy of mine just purchased a 22i a few weeks ago. He came off of a older 'bu v-drive and he's having a really hard time getting the wake dialed. That being said, the TAPS weren't working at the time. Apparently the wakes are really wide and very very steep. (no taps)

Tiges are very well built- you don't need to worry about the wood issue- they've never had issues. The hull on the 22i is not great for boarding though. You'll need 2-750's -one for each side of the engine- possibly another 450 in the walk and maybe another across the back. Tige built these to be Slalom boats- it's a much different hull than the 21V ( which I have). go to tige owners for more.
