That mirror and arm mount, is the arm powder coated? And what size tubing was your tower? <BR> <BR>Thanks

The mount fits 2 3/8 to 2 1/2 Diameter towers. <BR> <BR>It is not powder coated. It is the standard Tige mirror and mount.
