We have 500lbs of ballast, the wedge, and people. How much ballast is everyone running and where are you placing it?

Depends on if it's Direct Drive or VLX. On my VLX I put a 540# Launch sack on each side of motor 500# center MLS and 375# locker sack in walkway. It's agreat wake. On my direct drive sunsetter we put a 500# bag in bow, 500# on each side of motor box. NICE! Good Luck!

finding a scale for a boat would be tough, but that's how I would do it. I'm sure they have the weight under specs on the malibu site.<img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/clipart/wink.gif" border=0>
