errr.... thats a pretty big hole. but, its on a pretty flat area. if it were mine, i'd patch it and see what happens. what else you gonna do?

does is sit on the floor (with pressure on the bag)? or does it go in a vdrive hatch or something (with pressure on a sidewall, not the bag)?

in a hatch, i say patch it and forget it. walkway, etc. you may have a leaky sac.

Its my locker sack so it sits against a wall. The whole is probably an 1x2 or so. What would I use to patch it?

A raft repair kit from an outdoor / outfitter store. or a Vinyl pool repair kit from a pool store.

Pssshhh!! I'd have 50 lbs of rat poison on hand...

i can recommend 3m 5200 for a sealant. that s#it is real. Cut a circle out around it. maybe a square.. But stay away from that corner. (i was thinking a circle would distribute the pressure better, but whatever you think.) have fun with it. shouldn't be a big deal

Dave I think the 5 days of eating rubber did the mouse in. I'll try to patch it up and let you guys know how it holds up for future reference. hmm 50 lbs of rat poison that could double as some more ballast.
