Broken Byerly

My buddy was riding my 2009 monarch and ended up faceplanting, didnt even look terrible, when he got out of the water only had one leg attached to the board. The boards inserts ripped right out. I see there is a lifetime limited warranty on the board just wondering who to contact. Would I be contacting a hyperlite rep since it is basically a hyperlite board?

I did the same thing with my byerly board. I call the dealer I got the board from and they sent me a new one. all I had to do is sent a few pics to them and one was on the way. good luck

My '09 Monarch did the same thing - I dealt with Hyperlite directly. They replaced it with a '10 Monarch which was not made with the same lite material (or in the same price range) and they made me send the board to them first. The process was pretty painless though. I didn't complain, I like the '10 just as much and it seems stronger. The graphic on the '09 is the biggest thing I miss.
