Heya, just broke my '07 shane for the second time but this time its out of warranty. Was wondering if you guys had any suggestions for a new board eg knew some really strong modls/companies that dont't break much and also any models/companies that are notorious for being weak and breaking?

Cheers

Try Slingshot!

+1 for slingshot.... tough as nails. The flex helps from it snapping like normal boards

*CWB plat seems to break a lot on here
*I myself have broken my share of hyperlites

Metal Mulisha Brian Deegan?

The New 2009 foam core CWB Absolute is very strong.

I have a rider that goes through about 8 boards a year.
Well this year he is on the 09 Absolute foam core not platinum core and he has been on the same board for going on 5 months, that tells me the board is really strong and hard to break.

Out of warranty as it you voided the warranty hitting rails? I can't believe Liquid Force wouldn't replace a 2 year old board that broke if you hadn't done anything to it to void the warranty.

sine boards seem very tough
http://www.grindtv.com/video/wake/sine_wakeboards/#37735

I have a Byerly Assault that has proven very tuff. I am 230# and have been beating the crap out of it at the cable on sliders. The only damage is that the bottom finish looks a little "sanded" down.

I would think it would hold up great for wake riding.
