I have been consdinering in installing new interior speakers in my 04 210SAN. I just don't know where i should start at on removing the Interior seats. Just wanted known if anyone have any pointers on how to remove the seating, or if anyone knowns where i can find a how to guide on doing so. Any infromation helps and is appericated. Thanks

It is not super easy in those boats. some of the panels are screwed in and some of them just pop in with little plastic hooks. Some of the screws will be particularly difficult to get too, mostly in the rear panels. I would suggest that when removing the front panels (assuming that you have a team and that there are speakers in the bow) that you be very carefull when unhooking the panel, It is all one piece and those hooks can be easy to break and CC is proud of them $$$.

The main cockpit area is easy the front I wouldn't even attempt. <BR>The rear is just a matter of getting a 7/16" socket/open end wrench and start feeling up under the coaming pad to find the nuts that are holding the coaming pad to the deck. Once you get the nuts off, you just pull straight out and the whole pad will come off. Like previously posted, the rear cabin is the easiest. There are probably about a dozen nuts that hold the interior in. I would get one of those ratcheting open end wrenches to do it as the space where some of the nuts are is super tight. <BR> <BR>The front on the other hand is slightly more painful. I think the hardest part is finding all the self tapping screws that they use on the rear parts of the cushions. You have to pull the kick panel out to get to some of the screws on the drivers side. On the passenger side you can easily see them. I would mark with a piece of tape or something where the screws come out becuase you will quickly lose the hole because the carpet will just hide it. You then have to remove the cupholders and reach your arm up to where the nut is. This is probably the hardest ones to get to (two on each side...one behind the cup holder and one in front of it). There is also a single one in the front dead center. You can get to that one by removing the front center cushion and reaching up towards where the nav light is. Then the whole thing should just come out. There are some z brackets that the cushion hooks on but they are made out of metal. If you just lift straight up you shouldn't worry about breaking them. <BR> <BR>Check out a thread I had on PN and it shows some of what I am talking about. I think at around page 8 there start to be some pics of the interior pieces.
