Surfboard brands

Just wanted some input on brands and models of your favorite surf boards for behind the boat. We are just gettin into it and have tried a Ronix and Hyperlite but wondering if much of a difference tween brands. Both were 4'8" boards and were easy to handle for all on boat with rider weights of 100-350lbs so is size that big a deal? Tks

Couple of thoughts.

1. you might want to post this in the wakesurf area too as it will get surf attention there.
2. look at wake surf specific boards; Inland Surfer, Shred Stixx, Grind Water. Their boards typically area better suited than others.

Inland Surfer's page has good info and sizing charts.

Good luck.

No, not dumb at all...you're asking the right questions. I hear good things about Phase 5 boards, just never ridden them.
