Anyone got a Nautique Excel for sale?

Looking for a nautique Excel that anyone has and would be willing to sell. I live in Ohio but would be willing to travel a long way to get a boat.

mccormickscablepark 07-26-2013 1:57 PM

Did you check CL? There is one for sale in Ohio, listed 2 days ago. Seen a few for sale recently down here in FL

Wakeboardingguy123 07-26-2013 1:59 PM

Oh yeah I forgot to add that I need it to be open bow sorry about that.

Found this on amazon for a pretty good price!

Dmac420sj 07-26-2013 3:12 PM

Throws a good wake too!

Wakeboardingguy123 07-26-2013 3:13 PM

I'm asking for help to find a boat if you don't have one then don't be a dick about it what did I do to you?

Dmac420sj 07-26-2013 3:14 PM

Google it!

MattieK27 07-26-2013 4:30 PM

PlanetNautique and CorrectCraftFan are two good sites for boats.

Quick way to use google to search all of craigslist: site:craigslist.org "nautique excel"

http://omaha.craigslist.org/boa/3839920762.html

The Excel was not an overly popular boat, so they didn't make that many. Limiting yourself to an open bow is going to net even less examples.

bstroop 07-26-2013 4:56 PM

I'll apologize in advance for for asking....

Can you do anything for yourself? Sorry for sounding like a jerk but your helplessness is getting old. I kinda hope you don't find what you're looking for because I can see the follow on threads already.

can someone tell me how to:
Change the impeller, install PP, install ballast, buff gelcoat, add a perko, wire a stereo, what amp, what speakers, what gauge wire, what websites can I find all this stuff on, etc...

Walk on your own two feet a bit...........it'll be more rewarding than asking everyone to do your research for you. Asking for some input is totally different from what you've been doing for the last few weeks.

bstroop 07-26-2013 5:09 PM

FYI in less that a minute I found 6 on craigslist and 3 on correctcraftfan.com

The Internet is amazing

Dmac420sj 07-26-2013 5:48 PM

Just sayin!

beretta5spd 07-26-2013 8:55 PM

My coc.k throbs for imbeciles

Wakeboardingguy123 07-26-2013 10:00 PM

I'm not asking for everyone to look for an excel for me. I was asking if anyone had one they were willing to sell in addition to my own personal searches. Also the open bow Excel is impossible to find near Ohio because its a very rare boat.

Wakeboardingguy123 07-26-2013 10:04 PM

and every single one you guys found are closed bow expect for the one in Nebraska which is way to far to drive to pick up a budget boat since gas is crazy these days.

xstarrider 07-26-2013 10:26 PM

If Indiana to Nebraska is way to far of a drive for a specific, certain, much needed boat you are screwed, but we all knew that after the 3rd thread you started

Based on the age stated in your profile, YOU should be teaching US how to find what you're looking for online. Like the rest of your generation, your laziness towards actually working and digging for something you want and how to properly communicate your need of help leaves me rooting against you. If you're worried about the gas money to pick up an exact type of boat, you're in the wrong hobby too. Expecting a rare (but very cool) boat like that to just show up on your doorstep is just... Well... Like an entitled Obama supporter wanting their Obama phone.

Easy easy....

As a hard working young libertarian I don't appreciate the generalization, though it sadly seems true.

Nicely done!!

Excels were never made in open bow so far as I know. In the later years I believe they were renamed to Barefoot Nautique, though it was the same hull and vdrive setup.

X3 for Mark J

The Excel was offered with a step over open bow. It's very very very rare, but was available for short period. Expecting one to pop up down the block from you is like expecting Bigfoot to knock and say hi

OB Excels are rare, I've heard there were 64 made. Mines not for sale so that means there are 63, if you find one jump on it because it may be a while before another pops up. 90 to 94 Barefoot Nautique is the same boat usually with a BBC for power and the OB wasn't an option. The front is small and shallow and you have to walk across the dash to get to it so unless you have little kids its not that useful.

Suprasunsport 07-27-2013 1:00 PM

Yeah I would agree and say your a lazy sack and need to drive down to pick up that one in Nebraska.

Dmac420sj 07-27-2013 5:47 PM

Lol!

jhartt3 07-28-2013 5:34 PM

i've been in the market for a cheap vdrive. So i just drove up to Omaha and picked this up today. I got it for 10k i am willing to part with it for 15k its now in KC. Did that get it closer to you? if so its gonna be 17.5k

bstroop 07-28-2013 6:21 PM

Pretty sure he wanted a red one. That one just won't due.

boardman74 07-28-2013 8:45 PM

First post says..

"I live in Ohio but would be willing to travel a long way to get a boat."

See I wouldn't call Ohio to Nebraska a long way, especially considering your VERY VERY limited usable boat type. Just out of curiosity what is a "long way"?

xstarrider 07-28-2013 9:30 PM

Wait I thought he said Indiana in the other post. Hahahahahahaha. Kids these days. Maybe it will be Ky or PA in the next thread.

boardman74 07-29-2013 8:17 AM

I think he changes his location as he changes his screen name...so we won't catch on Swat!! Never would have guessed it was the same guy, would you??? Pretty sneaky!!

xstarrider 07-29-2013 9:07 AM

And now he has transformed into Supra Sunsport. Asking questions about a boat he allegedly owns already from his name. Real original. http://www.wakeworld.com/forum/showthread.php?t=799315

Gee wonder why the certain year.......um maybe because its listed at 20 ft in some places. Somebody's parents need to supervise their child.

I hope Dave can block the IP address. This is absurd. It normally doesn't bother me when we get duplicate stuff because the search feature isn't as good as it used to be to filter stuff, but man o man this is redonkulous.

boardman74 07-29-2013 9:53 AM

Its funnier that he contradicts himself. He said what it was listed at didn't matter as his HOA will check it. Even listed at 20, doesn't mean 20 for sure and I think the Sunsport is going to be the standard 20' 8" of that era!!

FastR3DN3K 07-29-2013 10:56 AM

The multiple dong image insults now makes Chris Dirty my new hero...

Suprasunsport 07-29-2013 2:57 PM

I hate you wakeboarding guy everyone thinks I'm you just because I started my account at the same time you decided to be what Chris dirty said you were. Also for your information I boat on the Sullivan country lake.

wakebordr11 07-29-2013 4:14 PM

Post some pics, want to see that wake!

Dmac420sj 07-29-2013 4:24 PM

Lol!

markj 07-29-2013 11:25 PM

We need to start a thread about people who have posted under the most names but have been the same person...
