What is everyone running in their 03-05 x-2's or new X-1's

run around 1500 lbs of ballast and 6-8 people in the boat.

I went with the OJ 14.25 x 14.5 . . . boat runs like a sports car now! (X1). I have the RTP-1 engine. You will not go wrong with that prop, if you are mostly wakeboarding. Good luck.

Cheers.

same prop here for my 205V

OJ 14.25x14.5 is what the new (2007 and above) x1's are coming stock with. I bought one for my x1 (06)as well.

is that the 310 hp engine though?

I have the 350 hp MCX I believe that should make a bit of a difference. Anyone sporting the ACME props?

boarditup 08-01-2007 11:26 AM

Acme 1479 is what I am selling to most in your situation.

I have the MCX, and that is the same prop, OJ 14.25x14.5, I'm using. With about 1700-2000lbs added, the rpm's are only 200 more than the stock prop & stock ballast.

XMP Edge did wonders for my 04 X2 with the RTP.

ironj32 08-01-2007 4:29 PM

i'm testing out 3 different ACME props this weekend. i'll let you know what i choose.

What RPM's are you guys running with the OJ's?

bigairbrady 08-01-2007 7:41 PM

would that oj prop work on an 07 x30?

rwb 08-01-2007 8:20 PM

I think I'm running around 3200 RPM with around 2 kips of ballast and people . . . 22 mph or so.

We offer three different sizes in the XMP EDGE line, 14.25 X 14 LC, 14.25 X 14.5 LC and 14.25 X 14.75 LC. The 14.25 X 14.5 LC is the most popular of the three sizes. Give me a call with any questions. Eric @ OJ PROPS 800-359-9730.
