I have a 2001 Tige V Drive with a Mag MPI 350 mercruiser. I found 6 drain plugs while winterizing and wanted to make sure I didn't miss any...I also found two on the tranny cooler.

I think you got them all. The only other thing would be to remove the fresh water intake hose off of the Trans cooler to drain any water in it. On my 06 22Ve, it lays lower then the V-drive and impeller, so water stands in it.

That is one thing that I didn't do...I wonder if any of the anti-freeze made it's way in there. I tried unhooking that hose, but it's stout.

If you antifreezed, you should be ok.

Took a minute to find the pic I wanted. This is a cotter pin puller from Snap-On/Mac and it is the best thing for loosening stuck hoses. Slide it in between the hose and flange and slide it around to break the grip. Before you reinstall the hose, smear a dab of silicone around the inside of the hose, this will make it easier next season.<img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/65921/520299.jpg" alt="Upload">
