Holy crapola!

Looks like the driver needed a breathing tube too!

bendow 02-22-2010 6:26 PM

if he was breating thru that long tube, then he is an idiot. First, the thing is being flooded with exhaust. 2nd, every time he breathes out, he is just going to fill the tube with his expelled air, not good oxygen. A few gulps of the his own carbon dioxide, mixed with the exhaust would be pretty bad.. Cool vid though.

is he a turtle?

benjaminp 02-23-2010 7:30 AM

I hope you guys dont really think he was breathing through that long tube. Which is his tailpipe. I dont think he expected to go that deep. Cool videos though.

I think the long tube is his intake, the exhaust bubbling up looked like exhaust

jarrod 02-23-2010 10:23 AM

I'm pretty sure that's not his first rodeo, Andy.

That was awesome.

guido 02-23-2010 10:39 AM

Holy crap, man.... That's just craziness. Ha, ha.

Andy - Thirdly anything longer than a snorkel doesn't work too well for breathing under water, human lungs aren't strong enough to overcome ambient pressure even a few feet below the surface. I'd guess his head was probably 2 feet under water in the deep section, unless he had a tank in the wagon he would have to hold his breath.

That'd be a little scary considering he couldn't get out the first time and had to back up.

Pretty cool stunt though.

(Message edited by jtnz on February 23, 2010)
