Normal wakeboard warranty turnaround?
 

I am not gripping or complaining, just being curious. I was just wondering what the typical turnaround time is for a board company on a warranty replacement for a broken wakeboard? I broke my board the other night and took it to the board shop to take care of. They said they would send off everything that would need to be sent off so I wouldn't have to fool with it. Luckily, I have a backup that I love just as much and am not without. I tried to get the shop to just trade out, but they said they did that in the past and got burned so they changed their policy. I understand and have no reason to push them for a new board. My point to this post is not to grip or bash companies, but to get a general idea on typical turnaround.

i live in va and i've sent stuff to cwb and liquid force it usually takes between 2 and 3 weeks which is good considering 5 business days is what ups says it takes to go one way.:)

If you get a new board in a month you will be doing good. This is peak season. I like to try and contact the Mfg's directly rather than going through a shop to help spedd things along, but it seems like lately, the mfg's want you to go through a shop to verify the claim is really valid. Either way, good luck with it (and I'm glad you have a spare to ride in the meantime!)

When Kyle was at slingshot the few times I filed for stuff it was like 2/3 days.

I haven't delt with Slingshot since he left but he made **** happen.... and fast.
