anyone know if its possible to get tower speaker cans minus the speakers? my buddy says he can fibreglass some, so i might go that route...but just so i know, is it possible to buy cans and no speakers? the same buddy's dad owns a stereo shop so i can get some good speakers for relatively cheap, thats why i wanna go this route.

search for "wakeboard tower" on ebay, I found some for $70 a pair, or diytower.com, that give you instructions so that you can make your own out of 6" PVC couplers and end caps.

careful getting those ones on eBay. they are front and back speakers (2 per can) if you dont have a port in the can somewhere you will have major problems with whistling and other fun stuff. i am planning on making some on and i have a good plan from a guy. email me if you want a copy.
