05 xstar dies when loaded only when perfect pass is on
 

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME OUT!!!!
bought my boat new in 05 and it has never had a single issue until the beginning of this summer when it will pull perfectly fine and randomly die. it goes back to and idle and beeps, turn the key off start it back up and it runs like nothing happened. really wasn't a big deal since it only did it every once in a while until i was pulling a buddy and it died while he was mid raley and he had to do a nice dive to save his face. I've tried a new kill switch and messed with the perfect pass a little but other than that I'm kinda lost. talked to mastercraft and they said to take it up with perfect pass since it only does it while perfect pass is running. perfect pass said i needed to call while i was on the water so they could run me through some tests but said it sounded odd to them too. i haven't been able to get ahold of them while I'm on the water because they're hours and mine don't really work out.

if anyone has any suggestions or ideas please fill me in!!!!!

Fuel pump

see i wondered about the pump as well but since its been doing it for so long and will run perfectly fine without perfect pass do you still think that could be a fuel issue? i also have not had my boat under a half a tank since i changed the fuel pump 3 years ago.

If you replaced the module and have put around 300-400 hours since you changed it, yes. I would put your post on Team Talk. You'll get a lot more responses.
