With all the talk about gas prices and fuel economy I was just wondering what the average fuel economy for everyone is. I was just wanting to do a little research into the matter. So, if you all could just post up a few things and I am going to put it all in a spreadsheet. I'll be happy to post the results as well.

Just post

- Boat Type
- Average GPH
- Weight in Boat
- If you can think of anything else pertinent

a vlx that does only 5gph would be going about 10mph LOL. unless all the published test results on boattest are wrong?

need to put a one in front of that 5 and then youd be about accurate

I can't even imagine a VLX with 3500 lbs on board, much less one only using 5 gph while it had that kind of weight on board.
