o thats a pretty sweet ramp. mine is like that but 6 feet tall and is steeper. i cant figure out how to put a pic of it on here though

otiswunguy 11-06-2006 5:00 PM

if its any steeper than the green monster in the pictures, you better redesign it or figure out how to sink the front more. you could barely hit the green one with how steep it was. you should have between 10 and 18 degrees IMO.

We have made a 36 foot rainbow that is an absolute blast to hit. We also made a kicker out of a rafter from a nearby construction site. For both of them we floated it with 55 gallon drums. We put them in for the tournament my friend hosted over the past two summers. Also the night before the tourney we build a 30 foot flat bar into the lake. Used a boom truck like a pile driver and it worked unbelievably well. Too bad we had to rip it out two days later. Those things are a blast and a break from the norm. Lots of fun and worth the $$.

haha taylor ours is going to be so steep compared to those at the top

maliburider456 11-07-2006 12:21 PM

haha yah. i think we need to lower the steepness again. ours is kinda like that ramp above that wooden one but taller
