Anyone else have a problem that when you fill up the ballasts, which on my X1 I have the V drive sacks in the back and the KGB center, that after riding for an hour or so they get less and less full, until they're about 50% and stay at that level?

It makes me think I'm crazy, or that my leg is hitting the empty switch or something when I'm driving..

any thoughts?

do your supply lines have check valves?

it's the stock lines.. i'm not sure if they have check valves or really what those are.. i don't believe it's coming out of the overfill because i don't see it draining out of the side of the boat

The supply line goes through a ballast puppy, they are closed when off. Check to see if water is draining into the bilge. If not, make sure the pump is not pumping out even when the switch is off, you should be able to hear it. Last check to make sure that the bags arnt full of air, that leaks out.

The first thing you should check is to make sure the fittings are all tight. Is the carpet in the V-Drive lockers really wet under the bags when you're done? Mine were leaking at the quick connects on the overflow line, the drain line and at the clamps where I had installed a check valve on that same overflow line. All of that bouncing around will sometimes shake the fittings loose. Good luck...I know from experience that this problem can be frustrating as hell.

I have the quick disconnect fittings that would leak by at the threads no matter how tight I screwed them in so I got the liquid teflon and put it on the seams. I also found that the o rings had dry rotted and one was even missing. Don't know if you have the quick connect fittings, but make sure your o rings are still there and/or arn't dry rotten.
