Its hard to believe that some of these posts actually say maybe its not a good idea to jump to conclusions and judge this josh guy. "maybe theres an honest explanation for all this". Now dont get me wrong everyone deserves a second chance. People make mistakes and this community of wakeboarders is a D**M good one. This guy had his chance. The money was obviously recieved the board was never sent and the guys phone is mysteriously not working or hes just not ansering. Come on lets be real here. Maybe someone should start a thread of things you absolutely never do when purchasing over the internet. Sorry Paul I would say you are better off chalking this one up as a learning experience. You could try calling the local authorities where he lives sometimes they can be helpful. I would talk to them and have receipts and e-mails ready to fax, they may be able to help.

Just tossin it in there but the post office or ups could've just "misplaced" the board, its happened to me and you wont know until they find it and realize their mistake in which they contact you. We are going all gung-ho on this Josh dude and for all we know he really could have sent the board and gotten arrested or hurt or something. I understand that sometimes life tosses you a curveball and you have to deal with it. He is in hard times, he owes someone else a buttwad of money. He could at least answer his phone and let Paul know the situation. Just say, Hey, I am in a world of hurt over here, sorry this is all messed up, lets work something out. Does not take much to push the "answer" key on a cell phone. His phone number is now on a public forum and if enough people call it and harrass him (not suggesting that<img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/clipart/blush.gif" border=0>, but then he will have to change his phone number or service provider costing him money which he obviously does not have. Or he will not be able to afford a new number or cell carrier and will have to do without. Just like Paul is doing without a board.
