I have a 2002 Centurion with a fixed (screw adjust) wake plate. Can I replace it with a hydrolic Bennett adjustable wake plate? Has anyone done this? Where can I buy a Bennett wake plate?

Thanks

Bennett makes the units used by Supra, Centurion, Mastercraft. Their website has installation instructions on it. Overtons www.overtons.com has several sizes available for wakeboats. You would match the profile of your manual plate. I've had 3 boats (1 Moomba, 2 Centurions) with wakeplates. I would not order a boat without one. Great for eliminating porposing and shaping the wake. I haven't installed one but I would not be afraid to tackle the job.

(Message edited by mobv on April 03, 2008)

Daren, I took the screw adjustable off my Sanger and put on their Bennett hydraulic plate and am really happy with it. Being able to adjust the boat trim while running is very important to me.

Lenco also makes plates. Lenco and Bennett have also made plates for Tige's TAPs.
