Chandler az cable park still opening?

Anybody in Arizona know if the 1440 cable park is still opening? I live in Chandler,AZ and have been hearing its not gonna happen but hoping those are rumors. They were suppose to be open this March and ground has not even broke. Anybody know whats going on?

Definitely delayed. But I heard from reliable sources and investors that its still going to be built
