i got this for christmas from my friend its an o'brien full nelson wakeboard and 99' cwb techno grip bindings is that any good i have $230 savings to spend on it too

you could probably get a newer setup for that price.. never ridden that board or used those bindings, but i would look around for newer setups for 230... and 230 is a lot for that setup... way too much

i didnt spend $230 on it i got it for christmas but i have $230 of savings to upgrade it but i live in canada and everthing is more expensive

That was my first twin tip deck. It's not a bad board, and I believe the very first Double-Up boards were developed out of it. OK for beginning through intermediate riding, W2W jumps, grabs, basic spins, etc. <BR> <BR>It's super light, so that's one good thing going for it. If you look at Greg's section in "High Wake Drifters," his riding was bad-ass even back then, and your board is the graphite light-weight version of the O'Brien "Double-Ender" that he was riding. I think that was the right video.

ya im just learning basic stuff right now yesterday was my first time on the board im just gonna keep saving up and eventually buy a new setup
