MC VIDG - can not navigate cursor down
 

New to me 2009 Xstar's VDIG has an issue with the down navigation button. Pressing the down button caused the curser (or value) to increase or go up. So BOTH up and down buttons increase the value/move cursor up.

Not being able to move cursor down, renders much of the unit useless. I can only increase my PP set speed, but cannot lower it.

Anyone seen/experience this problem with the VIDG?

Was told the VDIG has to be replaced... thanks god for extended warranty.
