remote turn on for multiplte amps

I have 6 amps going in my boat. I'll run the remote wire off a relay, but from there should it be ran into a dist block and then to amps, or can you just pig tail from amp to amp?

Yes I would run a relay to dist. block. Look so much nicer than all the splices in the remote wire. All those splicesare just problems in waiting. So go with a dist. block.

I have one of these:

The relay provides the power to the fuse block and I pull ground from the stereo battery. Then I can use it for the amp turn ons and also to power small stereo-related accessories like an ipod cable, bluetooth unit, etc.
