Shorter or longer?

Hi, everybody.

My weight is 175lbs (80kg).
Board what I choose to buy (LF BOB Grind) has two size - 137 and 141.

Which one is better for me for cable and boat?

Great thanks!!

Best regards, Alex.

How tall are you? I know some people will dispute that it makes a difference, but If you have a 23" stance a 141 will be tough to manage because your tip and tail will be huge.

Per your weight, you could ride either. I use height to split hairs.

137 you don't want a big ole board.

I'm 5-9 160 and I ride a 140 William off the wake and a 141 Schnook in the park.

Definitely longer! I'm about 160 pounds and ride 138s but wish I was riding a bigger size. Especially at cable where the slower speed benefits from more surface area. I've been on a bigger board kick lately and look forward to expanding my quiver.

gotta go 141.

You won't regret it. the larger board is more for your size and will be more buoyant on the water and produce more speed through the wake and produce pop for your weight.
