alex, you didn't get stuck in the sixties did you?

nj_alex 07-10-2009 1:30 PM

I can still get into Hendrix, Zeppelin, Sabbath, Ted Nugent, Kiss, Mahogany Rush, ZZ Top, Ten Years After, AC/DC,
Dio, Deep Purple and tons of other "older" hard rock, but it usually doesn't blast well on the boat. Ha-ha!}

nj_alex 07-21-2009 7:20 PM

I'll burn you some disks Robot. No problem.
Email me a mailing address and what you want on there and I'll get right on it.
akinon@optonlin e.net

XM Alt Nation.

iPod = NiN, Killers, Johnny Cash, Blue October, Beck, Collective Soul, Golden Earring, Tom Jones, G&R, Kings of Leon, Wolfmother, ZZ ZTop, Righteous Bros, Aerosmith, etc.......... Old and new and in between.

We don't have the super duty stereo set-up with a hoard of tower speakers. Seems there is always something else we buy instead so I guess I may as well have an 8 track. Just as well, we only listen when we're hanging out talking so it's loud enough for that. Maybe it's an "old" thing?

When I'm out on the boat, I like the easier listening stuff, more background than anything else. ~

Neil Young, CSN&Y, Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Van Morrison, UB 40, Bob Marley, IZ, Jimmy Buffet, Jack Johnson, Jackson Browne, Bob Segar, Bob Dylan, Billy Joel, Traffic, Stevie Winwood, Dave Mason, Steely Dan, Supertramp, Fleetwood Mac, even some Willy Nelson now and then...

Oh, and for my wife, Neil Diamond ...no her hair is not blue!
