Looks like a great idea, ive always thought this would work. Way to take it to the next level. And i think this is a great place to advertise, why not show a bunch of wakeboarders a great new produc/idea.

my only concern would be on those hard hits when the rope gets popped really hard out the hands and it yanks on the tower...what will it do to the camera?
