^^^ Stock JL are better.

Adam, the JL's are far better but if I remember correctly they are grossly underpowered by the stock JL amp. Find an amp that will put out 125-150 watts to each component and see if they sound better.

Well I just bought 2 pairs to replace the pioneers I had. Slowly trying to piece together a system for my boat. So far so good. Just wish they had tower speakers for sale.

Tailgate - I bought these to replace the stock Kickers on my LSV. At full price it probably wasn't worth the upgrade, but for $100 it is well worth it. Based on specs and reviews I expect a very noticeable difference. I like the look better as well. You could probably sell your 6 Kickers and make your net cost close to nothing.

Great news, I was shopping around for the other 2 pair of Polk db651 and see that Earmark Marine has priced their Polk db651 at $99 for TWO PAIR. Just placed my order. I have already visited Earmark Marine in person a couple months ago when Bullet Speakers had the sale on the Hollow Point HLCD, great guys and an impressive shop to say the least.

They added just find but when going to pay, that's where I kept getting the "limited quantities" message and it would update my cart to "0". Nope, I bought three more pairs for the Malibu yesterday after hearing them in my brothers SAN...

I originally purchased one set last week and went back on today to buy three more and it would only let me buy two. I ended up having a guy I work with buy the a set for me from his account. I received the same message as AJ about being limited quantities. I will be installing mine in the spring. Bought an extra set for my sons car, as a Christmas present.
