I will try all of these on at my local shop (3 hours away) before buying, I'm just looking for some insight on these models. All are 09.

Ronix Relik
Hyperlite Audio
Hyperlite Murray (Black)
Liquid Force Soven LTD
Liquid Force Watson (Closed Toe
Byerly Boa

I wear a 10.5 shoe and my foot is probably a little on the narrow side. I have some 07 Liquid Force Transits right now in size 9-10, but I would like to try some closed toe boots.

Thanks for the help.

I have tried on all of these but the murrays and boas, haven't ridden them but from trying them on I liked the Audio's the best. The reliks were very comfortable like all of the 09 ronix bindings but were too low cut for my liking (maybe look into the ones). The audios were flexible but not too low cut and I really like the footbed, its like rough instead of smooth and it feels really nice, I haven't talked to anyone who has them and doesn't like them. The boa system on the audios would work really well for a narrow foot too. Didn't like the sovens much, and the Watsons went too high up my leg but I can imagine they would be fine once broken in.

My two personal favorite bindings are the 09 Ronix cells, plenty stiff but don't go too high up the leg so plenty of room for pokage. And then the Slingshot D2s, just because they are so cushy and comfortable yet responsive.

Of those choices I would go with LF

Freaking love the Watsons!!! Most comfortable book I have had on. Waiting to find a good deal on open or closed toe. Currently ride Cells.

I just got the LTD Sovens and I'm loving the versatility with the movable straps.

2010 boots are not an option, at least not until this time next year.

well i have worn all u mentioned but LF binidngs. The murrays are really comfy and the footbed is AMAZING.....but I went with the reliks but thats just my opinion

johnsvt 08-17-2009 7:03 PM

hunter660 08-18-2009 5:58 AM

Lee,

What size, how much, and why are you getting rid of them?

hyperlite 08-18-2009 7:01 AM

SIZE 10 BUT IF YOUVE RIDDEN ANY OF THE NEW BOOTS THEY ARE A LITTLE BIGER THAN THE SIZE STATED.

THEY COME UP TOO HIGH ON MY SHIN. IM 5'5" AND PRETTY SHORT. THEYRE A BIT STIFF FOR ME AS WELL. I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE AUDIO'S AND NEED TO SELL THESE TO BUT THOSE.

hyperlite 08-18-2009 7:15 AM

SHOOT ME A PM

hunter660 08-19-2009 2:49 PM

Tried them all on... went with the Reliks. They were the only one that fit my foot.

zoodsmak 08-19-2009 5:04 PM

I've ridden the ones listed below and all have really good fit. I really like the Ronix intuition liners though. Here is the stiffness ranking on them all out of 10. 1 being loose 10 being rock solid. All my opinions of course.

(3) Ronix Relik
(2) Hyperlite Audio
(4) Hyperlite Murray (Black)
(3) Liquid Force Soven LTD
(8) Liquid Force Watson (Closed Toe)
