Shred Ready Warranty
 

Anybody ever have problem with shred ready and the warranty/customer service? I have called shred ready 4 times and emailed them 3 different times about a broken Hog 2.0 strap with no reply. Not one reply to my emails and never answered the phone or returned my messages. Just frustrating when I can't even talk to someone at shred ready about there product.
