Another Exile XM7 Install
7 Attachment(s)
Hey everyone, just wanted to throw some pictures up here of my recent install. I put four Exile XM7 HLCD tower speakers on my 2008 SAN 210 and couldn't be happier. I will be the first one to admit that I have not heard any other HLCD speakers, so I am not here to compare these to other manufacturer's. I can just say that the speakers are VERY loud and sound great and I don't even have an amp that is able to push them to their full potential. I currently have 150 watts RMS running to each speaker and I think they can handle 200-250 watts.
Anyways, the speakers sound amazing and I can't imagine there being any better of a mounting system out there right now. You can literally spin the speakers around 360 degrees by just loosening a thumb screw and there are NO WIRES SHOWING no matter if your speakers are attached or not. It is hard to explain, but it is pretty slick! I also just want to send out a plug for Brian at Exile and their customer service. I am not an audiophile at all and Brian has personally helped me with every step of the process and has been very quick to respond with emails, etc. Can't say enough about the speakers and the company! Here are the pics.... |
looks great. congrats

Sweet! Looks real good. :D
|
Clean install! Really like the look of the XM7s up there!
|
Looks sweet!

Looks awesome man. I got a similar setup to you. Check out the thread Got Tunes in this category. Thinks its a couple pages back.
We filmed it at Exile last month |
Looks great! I really love my Bullets but I am envious of the mounting system, ease of removal for storage and ability to swivel the speakers with ease that the XM7 offer. In addition to their sound quality thats a huge feather in Exiles cap.

Another one? Nice. I think you need another pair. Haven't seen a six pack yet.

Watersun - looks great. Glad you got the setup dialed in.
Is it just me imagining things or does your boat wheels match that SUV. That boat looks sweet in the water and out. I'll post those pics up on our website. The guys are putting the finishing touches on our marine site and should be up in a few days. - Brian Exile Audio |
They look great up on your tower! Love how your boat looks. I have about 60 hours of use on my 2 pair of XM7s and I still can't get over how great they sound. So I know you won't be dissappointed in your setup.

I think thats one of the Liquid Trends Boats, I know they where going to be up there and have several Exile decked out rides...

Hope they provide ear plugs for the people in that boat. Can't imagine how loud A 6 pack is. But would be curious to find out how loud an 8 pack would be. I do have the amps to power it...

How about a 5 pack???
|
it's there in the previous pic.

5 pack... nice work!
This looks like a Master Card advertisement. Decked out boat with tunes = 60,000 Drunk chicks on board drinking your beer = 500.00 XM7 missing from the tower and floating next to the swim platform - PRICELESS! HEHE! Something tells me these guys had a very good time! This boat has to be damn loud. -Brian Exile Audio |

Thats gotta be really damn loud! I like the vent for the passenger side compartment. Is the at pretty effective for allowing the sound out of there?
Those are KS Arc amps rather than KAR I believe. |
