Has any of the Pro modifies here thought/or are planning to make a custom install of transom speakers kinda like the Epic?

That would be a tough mod... cutting into the deck/hull fiberglass and all. Much easier just throwing them on the tower; and they look trick <img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/clipart/wink.gif" border=0>

I know of someone here in Michigan that is working on a rear firing rack that Malibu is looking at using as an upgrade. When I can say more I will post it.

I can't imagine it would be that hard to build a box that mounts to the transom. You would only need to drill a few holes for the mounting screws and wires. It might not look all that good, but really is not that difficult.

Wouldn't you get them really wet, when you took rollers into the back of your boat. Even if the rollers didn't make it into your boat, they would still trash the speakers wouldn't they? <BR> <BR>I understand new speakers can handle some water, but I thought that was spray, or mist, not full on rollers. <BR> <BR>Just wondering.
