I never thought I could agree on anything with Barney Frank! I guess I should be a little more open minded :)

In my mind this is a good proposal, but one of only 10,000 other problems our elected officials need to deal with.

Legalize everything, and let the job market and insurance companies dictate who is employable. No drug is criminal but any drug is unemployable. the problem fixes itself.
