I ran across this video on how to fix gel coat. I didn't take the time to watch the video but yes, gelcoat work is suprisingly easy. I had never done a lick of it in my life before this winter and I fixed all my spider cracks and holes from an old tower. You can't tell there was ever any holes and it was ridiculously easy. My boat is all white but as long as you get your color matched at your marine store it's cake.
