Kicker km6500 tower speakers?
Has anyone used these speakers before? Right now Im using older polk db`s for tower speakers and have the mm650 in boat speakers. The km6500 kit has 2 horns and 2 coaxial speakers. So im trying to upgrade my tower speakers but dont want to spend 800$ right now.

They work good, I've had them for 2 years, just give them plenty of power. Cheap good hlcd option.

How much power are we talking? ;)

I have a cadence f400-4 which gives each side about 250w rms bridged. They call for about 100 rms per speaker (or 200 per side). It does the job ok but would be better with a little more I think. Since these are technically components, you can bridge them.

I have a cadence amp I'd sell. 1600 watt. The colors on the inputs pulled out when I unhooked it. I imagine it's a fairly cheap fix.

I bought the version before for 350 off amazon, bought an me quart amp for another 150, it was a 4 channel amp I bridge mono the 2 sides. More than enough power.

I was into that for 500. In the new boat, I have 4 treo 6,5 on the tower with there amp pushing it, I don't think there much better to be honest.
