Adjusting Supra 21v steering cable
 

Noticed the last time I went out suddenly to steer the boat straight, you had to have the steering wheel turned 90 degrees to the right. With the steering wheel straight at the ramp, the rudder was 1/2-1" to the left. Anyone know what causes this and is there a way to adjust the steering cable? I know you can rotate the wheel by removing the screws and realigning the wheel, but that isn't a fix. Thanks.
