I used 3" pvc schedule 40. <BR> <BR>The flat sliders, I believe, are usually Trex. <BR>(wood/plastic composite 2x4)

I use two 25'steel soccer goal post tops bolted together on two floats made out of big tire tubes and plywood.

HDPE <BR> <BR>High Density Poly Ethylene <BR> <BR>Is the best stuff available with UV protection. Expensive but works great.
