Jesus thats cool.

I would assume whoever is buying that could afford to do away with those rims though.

Its seriously boarderline batmobile

bac 03-02-2010 6:34 PM

Holy crap!

78 mpg and faster lap times than a Carrera GT?! That thing is nuts

03-02-2010 7:43 PM

Looks great, but I'm not a huge fan of the hybrid idea. Of course, I also don't like Porsche building the Cayenne or Panamera models. Porsche engineers are the best in the world but they need to learn- to paraphrase an old saying- just because they can do a thing does not mean that they must do that thing.

dakid 03-02-2010 8:01 PM

nick, i thought the same thing. the first thing i would change are the wheels. either way though, that car is bad ass!

mc_x15 03-03-2010 5:52 AM

damn, this thing is sick. Fast and 70+ MPG. Amazing

I'm never going to be able to get the drool out of my keyboard.

I loved the 25km range using electric....... but im still aroused.....

buzz_grande 03-05-2010 7:56 PM

I'm not a huge Porsche fan, but that thing is BAD! Yes please! :D

jon4pres 03-06-2010 11:53 AM

I like the wheels. It is one of the best looking cars I have seen in a long time. I t am not sure about the hybrid thing but love the lines of the body.

pesos 03-06-2010 11:56 AM

I am confused by the anti-hybrid comments. Why not have electric motors assisting with torque? What's wrong with 70+ mpg on a ridiculously fast sports car?

jon4pres 03-06-2010 12:17 PM

The only thing with it being hybrid is it is the expense and one more thing to break. This car will be unbelievably expensive so anyone that can afford one will not care if they are getting 70mpg.

I bet with the instant torque out of those electric motors that thing will fly off the line.

This is just a concept car. I would venture to guess we will never see it in showrooms but probably see a hybrid 911 that will use some of its technology.

pesos 03-06-2010 12:19 PM

Your first and second sentences seem to contradict each other. And you're right, we'll never see it. But even if it was released I'd never see it anyway :D

cmcxstar 03-06-2010 1:19 PM

It's a Porsche, it won't break.
