anyone know if there's a wakeboard scene in costa rica?

I was in costa Rica back in june for 2 weeks and i didnt see anything i asked a few locals but they have never heard of it. are you going to costa rica? im going in june for 3 weeks so i hope i can find something there, or somebody knows of so wakeboarding.

We were down a month ago and they are really just getting things started there. Shaun and I did end up riding one day thru some guys at Red Bull. Not much to speak of though, but we did session the hell out of that Sea Doo Wakeboat!

What Travis said; it is really just getting started now. Last year we had the first wake-event, which was essentially the Red Bull guys and myself. And since I'm stuck without a boat, I reckon they're the only ones now that are really pushing things. <BR>On the water that is, I'm doing my best online (since today) with <a href="http://www.flyzone-cr.com" target="_blank">www.flyzone-cr.com</a>. Hoping to bring a boat into the country anytime soon. So then you'll all know where to go ;)
