The phantom is AWESOME... picked one up this summer and have had a blast with it...

No you definitely do not want to get it wet and it can be a bit nerve racking flying a $700 drone with a $300 camera strapped to it over water from a moving boat :eek:

But it is actually pretty easy to fly... just make sure you are confident before you take it out over water.

You can get a blade 350qx for 320. It's meant to carry gopros and has GPS also.
