I calibrated my Perfect Pass Wakeboard Pro (6.5 software) at 20mph like the manual said. Verified it with GPS. The speedometer and PP both read 20mph at 20mph per GPS.

However, at 40mph on the speedometer the PP read about 37-38. At 44 on speedometer, it read maybe 40-41 on the PP.

I think they're using the same paddlewheel. It was installed by the dealer.

Any idea what would cause this?

I calibrated my PP and Stock Head-unit at 20mph with GPS. (stagnate lake -running both directions, single paddle wheel)

At 40 GPS MPH, Perfect pass reads 40mph and the Malibu Head Unit reads 38.

Conversely, when I calibrate everything at 40 GPS MPH, the PP reads 20mph, when the dash reads 22 at 20 GPS mph.

My exp with PP and according to PP themselves it doesn't work as well in speed mode at higher speeds. RPM is better. My guess is b/c of this issue.

Ditto- go to RPM on the high speed stuff- over 30mph.
