What type of epoxy?

I am in need of some quick advice. I am wanting to mount a new amp board to the inside of the hull in my xstar and I want to know what the best type of epoxy for theis process is? Any suggestions?

Give me a few minutes and I'll run out to my garage. Did an amp install in malibu vride last summer. Thing held the heavy 5-channel amp with no problem.

Looks like i used Gorilla glue. I cut 4 square pieces out of the carpet lining the port side hull for my (4)2x2x2 wood supports, let them sit for 48-72 hrs and then mounted my amp rack to that. Like i said this amp was a beast and heavy. Zero issues. Others may have other ideas.

I just used west systems mixed with filler to create an adhesive peanut butter. Bonded well.

Both good ideas! Has anyone just taken some wood blocking and fiberglassed them to the hull?

I just did this and used JB Weld. I think the best way is to get fiber glass repair kit and actually fiber glass it to the wall using resin.
