Best Customer Service
I just wanted to to share the best experience in customer service I have ever had. Yesterday evening I contacted Billy over at Buywake.com because the cord to tighten the heel cup on my Ronix Ones completely ripped out. I purchased them in April of 2012. After a couple emails back and forth, a few pictures, and a phone call to Ronix ill be on the water with a new set in a couple days. So many places will say its outside there warranty so it's not there problem and Billy just handled it like a boss! This is why they will they will continue to get all of my business! I just wanted to share that because we all share our bad experiences but don't always share the good!
