Well, I have made it down my list of inverts, and think this is my next one.. Or at least my next one to try.. I was just looking for some tips, pointers, advice, stories, whatever you got. And if this trick is a hard one to pull off, I dont ever see many folks doing it. Thanks

Thanks Alan, I saw that last night.. was just curious is anyone had any other insight on it. It seems like you are the only one throwing it Successfully..Kinda makes me wonder if it is harder than I anticipate. Ive practiced the movement on the tramp as much as possible, but IM sure its gonna be alot different

unfortunately this trick doesnt translate well from the tramp to the water. you'll probably underrotate the first few, or throw them to frantrum. try a few on the water then post the results and we can troubleshoot the issue.

I opened a thread about this too with a video. My 2 cents on first attempts on this trick: Don't move the handle to your head! Keep it low and to your waist? I think? I will be trying again next weekend
