Sanger V230 and Malibu Wakesetter LSV
 

I was wondering if anyone has driven both the 2002-2004 Sanger V230 and 2002-2004 Malibu Wakesetter LSV and might be able to highlight some of the differences between the 2.

Do they both drive pretty much the same or completely different?

I can't tell you what the difference in ride are but I will tell you that the 04 Wakesetter LSV hull is a different hull than the 2002 and 2003 LSV. The 04 LSV hull is much more desirable.

V230 Sangers are nice boat, boats but need a ton of weight to get the wake big.

A tons not that much these days :)

A drastic difference in Malibu's occurred in 2004. If you have the choice, test drive the 2004 Malibu. You will notice a difference in handling, steering, and hull noise. It's a much quieter boat with less vibration.
