make it your winter project to build one...building one is way way less expensive than purchasing one.

We have 2 all aluminum winches (with 6.5 hp engine (upgradeable to 9 HP), TAV, truck hitch mount) that we are clearing out for $1300.00 each. This winch weighs less than 100 lbs. The TAV provides smooth starts and allows the engine to operate in it's most optimum RPM range (same thing as a transmission). I doubt most people could build an all aluminum winch for less. The 2 biggest complaints with a winch is weight (avg winch weighs 200 lbs) and Horse Power (engine can be upgraded to 9 hp): we solve both complaints... Myke,

Thanks for the compliments... IMO Released Winch makes the best winch on the market... Most of the winches are custom built, but there are a few off the shelf winches like the one in the picture. The latest custom winch finished was for Nike.

Heres a pic of my personal winch (named Pimp Winch) last season that I sold to some lucky guy in the Bay Area. Right now I'm building what I'm going to name "Baller Winch"; I'll be posting pics soon on WakeWorld. Pimp Winch is the sickest winch ever built, but my Baller Winch will take the cake...

Pimp Winch Specs- Fully polished aluminum frame, aluminum spool, highspeed ball bearing disengaging spool, detachable truck hitch mount, Honda 6.5HP GX200 racing go cart engine w/ first stage 9 hp racing modification, TAV 2 Torq-A-Verter. This winch deep water started 2 riders at the same time weighing over 350 lbs. This winch weighs about 110 lbs.

Thanks,

Ken Land
Bullet Lines
www.bulletlines.com
