Small Storage Shed ideas Near the Lake
 

So I'm looking at Building a small storage shed (around 12x12) down by the water to keep all my boating gear in (boards, skis, wetsuits, etc). I've been trying to come up with ideas on different layouts and designs that will maximize storage space and still be functional.

Anyone have any great ideas that you've used or seen? I'd love some pictures or suggestions. Keep in mind it has to be small, I've got a 200 sq ft max restriction and I want to be courteous to my neighbors by not blocking too much of their view.

Put some powered exhaust fans to help everything dry out. I know they sell solar attic fans, probably something similar for basic exhaust fans.

Good thought with the exhaust fans - I like that idea.

I also thought about putting in some type of "drain" under the spot where all the wet stuff will hang so I don't have constantly wet wood floors, I just wasn't sure what that would look like...
